Use Suggestions:
When setting up your display, remove mounting boards ,use double-sided tape or Velcro to mount items. Heavier items may require hot glue or some other method. Replace mounting boards ( if heavy items were mounted, you may have to use adhesive or hotglue on the backside)

It is a good idea to put names with all pictures. Also try to date and put a location with your photos.

Combine old movies of the subject ( person you are honoring) on a DVD and have it for future generations.

If possible, record a current interview with that person. Be sure and ask where and when they were at during the time period you are working on. Get as much information as you can now, while you can on a current DVD.

A hand written letter is nice to have also.
